FAQ

Good questions.

Do I need to be home for the appointment?
You don't need to be there the whole time, but someone should be available so the mechanic can access the car and the wheels (garage, driveway or parking spot). The safety checks in the booking cover what we need.
Do you need a garage, electricity or any special setup?
No. We're fully self-contained — jack, tools and compressor all come with us. We only need firm, level ground with ~20 cm clearance at the lifting points.
What about security lock nuts or TPMS sensors?
Both are fine. Please keep the adapter key for any anti-theft lock nuts where the mechanic can find it (glovebox or key with the car). TPMS sensors are handled without any extra charge.
Which cars do you work on?
Passenger cars and light SUVs with seasonal wheel sets on rims. If your vehicle is unusual — lowered, very low clearance, special tooling — mention it in the access notes and we'll confirm before booking.
How does payment work?
Online with TWINT or card at booking: either the full amount or a CHF 20 deposit, your choice. The remainder is paid on site after the job, and you get a digital Swiss QR invoice by email.
What if I'm outside your service area?
We currently serve within 30 km of Gockhausen (8044). Outside that radius, call us — depending on the route we can often still make it work for larger jobs.
Is my booking confirmed immediately?
Yes. Once the online payment goes through, the slot is locked and you get a confirmation with the invoice by email. No waiting for approval.
